Issues that are related to an ongoing order (e.g wrong location, unresponsive customer) will continue to be supported through rider chat (CC) on the deliveroo app.
How to find support related to your issue?
Head over to the search bar and type out a keyword from your problem e.g if your question is regarding your order summary, type ‘’Order’’ or ‘’Orders’’
Choose the question that matches your query and it will display the answer.
