How it works
Once you’ve joined Deliveroo, here’s what to expect.
Accept and go
While you’re online, we’ll offer you orders to deliver. Tap to accept the order.
Collect the order
You’ll see a map with a suggested route to the restaurant. Show a staff member your screen to get your packed order.
Make a customer’s day – deliver their food!
Next, we'll show you a suggested route to the customer. After you've delivered their food, you're ready to accept a new order.
Frequently asked questions
- How much will I get paid?
Our agency partner will pay you 1.1 KD for single order assignments, and if you get a stacked (double) order you will be paid 0.6KD for the second order
- How many hours should I work?
We expect you to work for at least 4 hours a day, and 4 days a week.
- Can I choose my working hours?
Yes, after successfully completing the registration process, we will send you a scheduling form allowing you to select your working hours.
- Will I receive a vehicle and a smartphone?
No. We expect you to have your own vehicle and smartphone.
- How will I receive the delivery requests?
After successfully completing the registration process, we will contact you with instructions on how to download the Deliveroo rider app.
- Will I receive any training?
Yes. After successfully completing the registration process, we will share with you several training videos to help you be successful.
